Our Teachers

A Montessori school is only as strong as its teachers. Because the philosophy and materials are unique, proper training is essential to achieve the best outcomes for children. Without it, the learning experience and results can be compromised.

Equally important are the personal qualities that make an exceptional educator—nurturing, patient, curious, peaceful, innovative, and committed to the growth of each child.

At North Richland Hills Montessori, our lead teachers are trained through AMS, AMI, IMC, or MACTE-approved programs, ensuring mastery of the Montessori philosophy and methodology. Assistant teachers receive or are actively completing training to support the lead teachers effectively.

Enrichment specialists demonstrate both expertise in their subject and an approach to guiding children that aligns with Montessori principles.

Commitment to Diversity

North Richland Hills Montessori is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community. We value differences in age, ethnicity, traditions, socioeconomic backgrounds, skills, and interests, believing they strengthen our school environment.

We actively seek partnerships with other schools and organizations that share our goals and look for ongoing opportunities to serve and connect with the broader quad-city community.
